Order Processing and Delivery
We strive to get your orders to you swiftly. Orders placed before noon (EST) are shipped out the same day, while those placed after noon will be processed and dispatched the next business day. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to be updated once your order has been shipped. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may vary slightly due to high order volumes.
Shipping Locations
Currently, we ship within the United States and Canada. For international customers, we recommend utilizing a freight forwarder in the United States or exploring Amazon.com's international shipping options, subject to availability.
Pricing and Taxes
All prices listed on our site are in U.S. dollars and are applicable only within the United States. Shipping, handling, and applicable taxes will be added to your total invoice. You are responsible for any associated shipping and handling charges, as well as state and local sales taxes.
Orders to Canada
Please note that orders to Canada are not eligible for free shipping. Shipping charges are determined based on package weight, destination, and documentation costs. Customers are responsible for any VAT, taxes, tariffs, or duties imposed by local customs offices.
Title and Risk of Loss
Upon delivery of products to the common carrier, title and risk of loss pass to the buyer. It is essential to provide accurate shipping information to ensure successful delivery. Failure to do so may result in additional shipping fees or charges.
Lost Packages
In the rare event that your package doesn't reach you within 15 days of ordering, please contact us with your Order Number (#12345). We'll promptly investigate and, if necessary, issue a replacement or refund. For certain cases, such as orders of multiple items, we may request you to file a claim with the carrier. Please note that claims made after 30 days from the order date may not be eligible for replacement.
