Vitamin B1 Tablets FAQs

Vitamin B1 tablets, also known as thiamine, is a water-soluble B-vitamin essential for converting food into energy and supporting nerve, muscle, and heart function.

Vitamin B1 helps the body metabolize carbohydrates into glucose, supports the nervous system, and plays a role in muscle contraction and cardiovascular health.

It is important for energy production, brain function, healthy digestion, and maintaining strong nerves and muscles.

Good sources include whole grains, legumes, pork, nuts, seeds, fortified cereals, and yeast.

The recommended daily intake is about 1.1 mg for adult women and 1.2 mg for adult men. Needs may increase with high physical activity, alcohol use, or pregnancy.

Yes. Vitamin B1 and thiamine are the same nutrient, just different names.

Our products are formulated and developed in our cGMP-certified facility in sunny Florida and tested by third-party labs, ensuring the identity, purity, and potency of our formulations.

Q&A

What form is this? Thiamine hydrochloride?
Hello Kim, thank you for reaching out. We are labelling our products based on the recently published FDA guidelines., this is why the vitamin contents are listed as complete units. The specific B1 ingredient is Thiamine Hydrochloride which is the hydrochloride salt form of thiamine. Hope this helps! EZ Melts Team
I understand about sugar alcohols, etc. As I must count calories, carbs and sugar very strictly, and take quite a few of these to make my dosage (for thiamine deficiency), I am requesting to know the precise number of grams of carb and sugar and the calories per 300 mg of thiamine dose, or per melt. Thank you!
EZ Melts use sugar-free ingredients that taste sweet, which are called sugar alcohols. These contain very minuscule amounts of calories and carbohydrates. In fact, most contain less than 1.5 calories and about 1g of carbohydrates. Hope this helps! EZMelts Team
Per tab: How many grams of carbohydrate? How many grams of sweetener? How many calories? Are these certified gluten free? dairy free? kosher?
EZ Melts use sugar-free ingredients that taste sweet, which are called sugar alcohols. These contain very miniscule amounts of calories and carbohydrates. In fact, most contain less than 1.5 calories and about 1g of carbohydrates. All of our ingredients are safe for human consumption and many are found in common food products. In fact, we’ve taken care to make our melts free of the “Big 8 Allergens” (fish, shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, gluten, soy, milk, and eggs).
